Arrival:

Summer Weeks (Sat. – Sat.) 2.00 pm

Fall/Spring (Daily) 2.00 pm

Departure:

Summer Weeks (Sat. – Sat.) 10.00 am

Fall/Spring (Daily) *10.00 am

Deposits:

$750.00 deposit for weekly bookings

Half deposit for daily bookings

The balance is due at the end of your vacation. We accept VISA/MC, Cash, Debit, Personal Cheques, but prefer etransfers

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation we require a 30-day notice. No Exceptions*. Your deposit will then be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee.

*Less than 30 day notice your deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rent the cottage. The deposit will then be returned less a $50.00 fee.

Pets:

We do not allow pets. We love them but apologize that we cannot accept them.

Docking:

There is one free docking slip per cottage.

Early Departure:

You must still pay for the entire stay if you decide to leave early.

Quiet Time:

You can be assured of a restful vacation with our quiet time rules.

Garbage & Recycling:

The sorting methods will be posted in each cottage. We have extensive recycling methods to aid in making the White Pines environmentally friendly. Thank you for helping us achieve this goal.

Our Rates INCLUDE all taxes.  There will be a 2.4% surcharge added to credit card transactions
